TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to Consult With Cohen LLC. By accessing or using our website (www.go2cohen.com) or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service Provided
Consult With Cohen LLC provides credit consulting services, including:
• A complimentary full credit audit and consultation
• Credit education and personalized recommendations
• Disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items on credit reports
• Ongoing support, monitoring, and progress updates
• Client access to third-party credit monitoring through Credit Hero Score
3. Payment Terms
• Free Audit: Clients receive one free credit audit and consultation at no cost.
• Monthly Consulting Fee: $75 per month, billed only after services have been rendered.
• Credit Monitoring: $19.99/month (billed separately by Credit Hero Score, required for service participation).
• All payments are processed through Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) billing.

Note: In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not charge for services until they are fully performed.
4. California State Compliance
In accordance with California Civil Code §§ 1789.10 - 1789.26:
• Clients have the right to cancel this agreement within 5 business days without any penalty or obligation.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@go2cohen.com within this period.
• All refunds will be handled according to California state law and the terms outlined in this document.
5. Client Responsabilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Maintain active enrollment in Credit Hero Score monitoring throughout the consulting period
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Not misrepresent or falsify any part of their credit history or documentation
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
• The client cancels within the 5-day window
• A billing error occurs and is reported within 7 days
• Services were not rendered as described

Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed outside these parameters and are subject to review.
7. Termination
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.
8. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific credit outcomes or score increases. All efforts made are based on best practices, industry standards, and information provided by the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Consult With Cohen LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services or website. Clients accept full responsibility for decisions based on the information provided.
10. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
Consult With Cohen LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
